Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide payroll and HR support to Salesforce employees and managers across the APAC region.
- Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policies and employee data.
- Record and manage employee interactions using case management systems.
- Partner with third-party payroll vendors such as ADP.
- Validate employee data changes and maintain accurate synchronization between HR systems and payroll providers.
- Develop knowledge of Workday and support employee and manager self-service processes.
- Maintain knowledge of regional HR, payroll and policy requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and AI-driven HR tools.
- Participate in regional and global projects to improve payroll and employee service processes.
- Support payroll audits and year-end payroll activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, AI adoption and automation.
APAC Payroll Experience
